As I type this post, I thought of all the teachers I have encountered before, all of them different. Think about it, really. Each of them contributed to make us who we are now. Each of them taught us different things, lessons not only in academics but also to be who we truly are inside.
Many of us called them names, even me. Yet, without that irritating old hag who taught english in primary school, we'd never been able to communicate clearly. Without that tough woman who taught me mathematics in secondary, we'd never be able to recall formulas at the speed of light.
A teacher is the root from where all the other professions originates. This I believe is very true. One day of teaching will never produce an immediate result. The result will be seen in a few weeks, monthes...maybe years. In the meantime, teachers continue to toil with their students. For this I thank you. Happy Teachers Day.

Hahahahahahaa.....so happy...muahahahahaa...I CAN BLOG!!! properly at least. not the cut and paste of my last post. Finally found the time.
My exams are coming and as with all exams I want to set targets and here they are.
General Paper: B
Malay: A
Economics:B
Geography:B
English Lit:B
Mathematics:E
XD
I think the targets are reasonable. If I continue to- no- start to work hard from now onwards. This is the promos afterall. I already did so badly for my CA. I have to say that I will score particularly low in the assignments criteria, considering the amount still not handed in.
Thus, that is why I must focus on the main papers. Some might think that my goals might be a tad too high but there is really no point in setting low targets. The higher your target is, the further you'll go, even when you don't meet that target.Right?
Dark blue is such a nice song. Why SOME people dun like it is beyond me. hahahar...just joking. evryone ntitled to their own opinions.
Just an interesting point: My group in GP are the champions in the intra class debates. hahar, it was so.....it was against the odds that we would win, considering the motions and our stand.
On the motion: This house supports the death penalty for murder.
We were the proposition.
The final motion: This house believes in the right to bear arms.
We were again the proposition.
I was difficult, primaruly because therewere a lot of arguments out there AGAINST these motions and we had to find points to counter them all. Imagine talking about the morality found in carrying out the death penalty! But we did it. To my dedicated team of future lawyers, researchers and magistrates:
Nanthini(third speaker)
Natria(first speaker)
Xinni(secretary)
Jolyon(secretary)
me(second speaker and final speaker)
WELL DONE!!!!!!!!
I also won the best speaker award but it was nothing...really.......so happy.........

DARK BLUE by Jack's Mannequin
I have
I have you breathing down my neck
Breathing down my neck
I don't, don't know
What you could possible expect
Under this condition-so
I'll wait, I'll wait
For the ambulance to come
Ambulance to come
Pick us up off the floor
What did you possibly expect
Under this condition, so
Slow down
This night's a perfect shade of
Dark blue, dark blue
Have you ever been alone in a crowded room?
When I'm here with you
I said the world could be burning, burning down
Dark blue, dark blue
Have you ever been alone in a crowded room?
Well I'm here with you
I said the world could be burning
'Til there's nothing but
Dark blue, dark blue
This flood
This flood is slowly rising up
Swallowing the ground
Beneath my feet
Tell me how anybody thinks
Under this condition
So I'll swim I'll swim
As the water rises up
Sun is sinking down
And now all I can see
Are the planets in a row
Suggesting it's best that I
Slow down
This night's a perfect shade of
Dark blue, dark blue
Have you ever been alone in a crowded room?
When I'm here with you
I said the world could be burning, burning down
Dark blue, dark blue
Have you ever been alone in a crowded room?
Well I'm here with you
I said the world could be burning
Dark blue
We were boxing
We were boxing the stars
We were boxing
You were swinging for Mars
And then the water reached the west coast
And took the power lines, the power lines
And it was me and you
And the whole town under water
There was nothing we could do
It was dark blue
Dark blue, dark blue
Have you ever been alone in a crowded room?
When I'm here with you
I said the world could be burning, burning down
Dark blue
Have you ever been alone in a crowded room?
Well I'm here with you
I said the world could be burning
Now there's nothing but
Dark blue
If you've ever been alone
You'll knowDark blue
If you've ever been alone
You'll know
You'll know

Hehe, went to the Riverside National Day Celebrations cum Award Ceremony just now. It was so fun!! Saw Anusha, Anita, Taufik, Roxanne, Angeline...not to mention all the juniors. Hate to admit it but I miss that place. It just so...lively..colourful...filled to the brim with energy. JC is just so.....mature? Stuffy? Boring? Can't think of any words strong enough..
You are now reading the blog of the recipient of the Passion For Learning Award for 5 distinctions. Hahaha..hao lian..hahahahahaha. Th ecelebration was really fantastic. I think it's become a tradition for the students to go prancing around and around the hall, all while screaming "WHER I BELOOOoooOOONGGGG"...
Am now in IJ library. Have to meet Mrs Siva for pw....sigh......

Twisted By Muhammad Hidhir Bin Md Razak
Every time I see you cry
I feel grateful, for I know that
The more tears I catch
The more love I get.
Every time I see you smile
In the distance, I frown
For what was it that brought you
happiness without me?
As time goes by, your beauty fades
No longer attracting sneaky leers
Or outrageous stares
Only I know what you looked like
And appreciates
Every time you
Scream at me
I sigh in contentment.
Because I know that it is me
You have in your mind.

The Window.by Muhammad Hidhir bin Md RazakThe night sky is void
of any stars that might give it life
The moon, sole giver of light
that cuts through the air like a knife
Is beckoning me to go
out into the night.
Yet how can I when
I am trapped
In this dead, cold room?
Through the window?
Impossible.
I'll die.
As simple as that.
A definite end.
To all that is me.
To me.
To my soul.
To my task at hand.
To my belief that
there is still good somewhere.
And yet it is there.
A reminder of what might be.
The window.
It beckons.
