Here are my results for my summer test (otherwise known as mid-year exam)

H1 SUBJECTS
General Paper- E(pass)

Mother Tongue (Malay)- B(merit)

Mathematics- U(err..)

H2 SUBJECTS
Geography-C(pass)

English Literature-C(pass)

Economics-E(pass)


Well, I can't say I'm very happy with my results. Relieved, yes. Happy, no. Biggest shock for me was my GP and my Malay marks. I had expected to get a distinction for Malay. And I really thought I'd at least get a C in GP (there is no such thing as a D grade). It's really not comforting to know, through the teachers, how 'lucky' we were to have had the questions we had. How lenient they had been in marking our scripts. How the skills that were tested on were 'basic' skills, no where near the standard expected at 'A' levels.

Considering I didn't study all that much, I guess I AM lucky.......
